Description
The purpose
This product has double eccentric, rubber to metal sealing system (hydraulic damper device is optional), and can be closed in quick action / slow action two steps. It can be used widely on pump discharge in the piping system. And it is a very important device because it can prevent reverse flow and destructive water hammer when the pump stops normally or accidents come out.
The performance
▪ The disc is of double eccentric design, and the valve opens and closes reasonably.
▪ The rubber ring on the disc can be replaced and the metal seal ring on body has long service life.
▪ Operation is easy.
▪ Size range: up to DN1600; Pressure range: up to 25bar. Other size and pressure are available as special request
▪ Double flanged ends
▪ Short valve body, small volume and light weight
▪ Cast ductile iron body and disc coated with fusion bonded epoxy.
▪ Stainless steel valve shaft, stainless steel body seat ring and replaceable disc seal ring. Other materials are available as special request.
▪ The disc seal ring and shaft seal rings(O rings) could be replaced easily on site. No need special tools.
▪ Self-lubricating shaft bearing, Disc swings freely
▪ Large eccentricity for valve quick closing action
▪ Valve shafts protrude on both sides of body, and allow the lever and counterweight to be mounted freely.
▪ The counterweight is adjustable to adapt the individual working conditions
▪ The external hydraulic damper is available as special request, or individual working conditions
▪ Vertical and horizontal pipeline installation are available.
